    Just a heads up--for those of you who requested Christmas cards/drabbles from me and are living overseas, your cards prooobably won't come until after Christmas. :( I'm hand-making them and then writing the drabbles to stick in there too, so at least it'll be worth the wait? YOU KNOW, HOPEFULLY. They might suck, but w/e. ANYWAY, JSYK.

    Also, sort of relatedly, ( here is a list of things I am looking forward to, so I can plow through my last term paper WHOO. )

    So I'm going to put myself on hiatus for the next week. I may still be around at night, but it's likely I'm going busy entertaining a guest.

    Back late next week and by that time, I hope to finish my Anderson narrative (which is like 3000 words now and still not done!) and maybe get some play in and do my apps and all those other things I need to get accomplished.

    I'm not sending out Christmas cards. But, idk, maybe I will send out postcards sometime in the future. (Maybe months down the line, I am a lazy fuck, sry2say.)

    Also, I really want to do that personal meme that's been around. I'm working on that. I also need to write some Anderson narratives and the Van Helsing retrospective on Neo really inspired me and put me in the mood to write. But I am made of fail. So idk when/if that's going to happen. ALSO, I HAVE LIKE THREE HUNDRED APPS TO WRITE AND I'M GOING TO GET THAT DONE IN THE FUTURE!

    I am supposed to be memorizing parts of the Bible, but lol no. I really like all these personal/RL memes going around, though! It's nice to learn~~ about the people I write with. :D

    ONE:
    1. My username is ______ because ______: [info]hello_from_dis! I actually registered this back at GJ on a whim, because when I was still MU* RPing and was using Anna Mouglalis as a PB (not as Marie, which is SO WEIRD FOR ME to look back on), I wanted to get at [info]nuit's, then [info]snezana, icons of her, and I wasn't really thinking of it as a long-term thing. The name actually comes from my first LJ RP, where I played--I kid you not--Lucifer. He had an obsession with Hugh Jackman, liked to light people on fire, and periodically summon hell beasts. Every entry started with "Dear Dad," and ngl, I sort of loved playing him. I'll probably change it soon though, if only because I hate underscores in my usernames.

    2. My name is _____ because ______: "being idle is for whores and politicians." This is a quote by [info]pronto. My display name changes all the time; most recently it was "OH SHIT, I'M XERXES, JAM ON," which is from [info]speedforce and has to do with 300 and Michael Jackson, though idr what. Before that, I think, it was "WHO WANTS TO SEND A MESSAGE TO HOGWARTS?" which is from [info]nuit and has to do with one of my old characters and Inglourious Basterds (obviously). My display name is usually funny quotes from various chats, now that I think about it.

    3. My journal is titled ____ because ____: "Alfred, you're beautiful!" With the subtitle of "I made your crazy ass some delicious french onion soup." This is a combination of [info]connie meta-ing Alfred, and Batman. I need to do a big journal revamp, though, so it'll eventually change!

    4. My default userpic is ____ because ____: An exceptionally angry and moustachioed cookie, made by [info]chthonian. I'm seriously leaning towards changing it to Til Schweiger wielding a teddy bear, but I can't give up the cookie. ;__;
